Processing & Delivery

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow its journey to you.

Shipping Rates

We offer a flat $5 shipping rate on all U.S. orders. (Complimentary shipping is occasionally offered during special promotions or events.)

Estimated Delivery

Standard delivery typically arrives within 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and carrier service.

Delivery times may vary slightly during holidays or high-volume periods.

Order Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order. Unfortunately, once a package is in transit, we are unable to reroute or modify addresses.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact our team within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery) at info@kenatae.com. We’ll do our best to make it right.

International Orders

At this time, Kenatae ships within the United States only, but we are working to expand worldwide soon.
